During checkout please double check your shipping address .If the order is placed using the incorrect address please email us to update the shipping address immediately . After the order is shipped there's nothing we can do.
If the order is return to sender due to the buyers fault a refund will be issued without the shipping fee.
If your package is shipped via USPS and it states DELIVERED. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local post office to file a claim if needed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow USPS at least 24-48 hours to update your tracking information.
All orders ship within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends & holidays. International Shipping is 7-10 Business all depend on your location
